Ersin von Zengen

Founder & Managing Director

Ersin is an experienced technology and industrial leader with more than ten years of senior leadership experience across Schaeffler and PowerCo, the battery company of the Volkswagen Group.

He has built international organisations, led complex industrial programmes and worked directly on multi-billion-euro technology and manufacturing initiatives — from early development through to industrial ramp-up and operational delivery.

His expertise spans advanced manufacturing, battery technology, electrification, product development, programme leadership, industrialisation and organisational scale-up.
